Privacy note for this website

This note covers the demo-request form and the demo login on philia.duadesk.com. It is not the privacy notice for a live Philia deployment; each community using Philia gets its own.

This site is operated by DuaDesk (Ashish Dua Consulting Corporation), www.duadesk.com.

What we collect

When you request a demo: your name, role, community or ward, city, number of homes, mobile number, email and any message you add. When you use the demo: your demo user ID and the time you signed in.

Why

To arrange and follow up on your demo, and to understand which communities are interested. We send you information about DuaDesk's business products (AI CFO, AI CPO, Dua Pramaan, Dua Pragya) only if you tick the separate optional box, and you can ask us to stop at any time. We don't sell your details or use them for political or unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are sent to DuaDesk by email through our email provider (Resend). The site is hosted on Vercel. Both providers may process data outside India.

How long we keep it

Demo requests arrive as emails and are kept in DuaDesk's mailbox for up to 12 months, or deleted sooner on request. Demo sign-ins are recorded only in the hosting provider's logs, which are kept for a short period set by that provider.

Residents' data in a live Philia deployment

Data that residents give to their RWA or ward through Philia belongs to that community and is used only to run its services. DuaDesk never uses it to market its other products.

The demo itself

Every name, place, organisation, phone number and case in the demo is fictional.
